Driver Rear Door Ajar Repair 2013 Flex
I have finally given up on my 2013 Flex's door latches, and I am grounding the door trigger wire from each problem door to the chassis (so that the car thinks that the door is always closed). However, I can't find the correct wire to ground for the rear driver door (for example, the rear passenger door is yellow, as per a youtube video, and it works great). Can someone with access to a wiring diagram for that rear door harness please help? Thanks.

I had found those wiring diagrams, but I'm not sure they give me what I need. Based on several Youtube videos I've found, there's a yellow wire that you need to ground for the passenger rear door, and a white wire for the passenger front door - grounding these wires makes the car think that the door is closed (even when the sensor 'thinks' that it's ajar. I haven't been able to find (either in these diagrams or anywhere else) the wires that go to the sensor in the driver rear and front doors (it's the rear door on the driver's side that is giving me grief). I'm not a tech, so maybe I'm just not reading these diagrams correctly.

I believe that I have the answer to my own question. I hope someone can verify it.
If (and that is the key question) the 2013 Edge is identical to that of the Flex, then here are the wires that need to be grounded to permanently cause the car to think that the door(s) are closed:
pin 5 - white - passenger front ajar switch
pin 9 - green/violet - driver front ajar switch
pin 20 - green - driver rear ajar switch
pin 21 - yellow - passenger rear ajar switch
I do know that the 3 other doors in the Flex are identical to that of the Edge. It seems a reasonable assumption that the driver rear door would also be the same.
Apparently, the solution to the Edge was found in the Helms wiring diagrams for the Body Control Module (BCM) - the pins listed are for the wiring harness that goes into the BCM.
Again, if someone has the Helms (or other) information, I'd appreciate getting this verified before I start cutting wires.

Here is the diagram.
The colors and pins he listed are the same on the Flex. If you look at the drivers side rear door there is a yellow wire from the actuator that turns into a green wire at a connector going to the BCM.

Your wire selection is correct, but let me steer you in another direction. I went online to Amazon and purchased magnetic home security switches (I think a 6 pack) for less than $10.00. I also purchased some very strong diatomaceous earth magnets that are about silver dollar sized. I took crimp on splice wire connectors and tied to the appropriate wire for the door in question and the black wire with the corresponding stripe and connected to the switch after drilling a hole in the bottom of the door panel and feeding the wires through. I then removed the rocker panel cover and placed the magnets in line with the switch under the cover. Now the window switches (I've done 3) act as the door switch and for less than $25.00 I have all doors working properly and I have spare parts to boot.

This post is super helpful. I'll be repairing the driver door ASAP. Hoping it is pin 9 green violet wire for the driver front door. My question is , has anyone experienced their car alarm going off at random times. Been happening since the door ajar problem started but only happens about once a week (that I know of). The horn goes off for 20 seconds or so then cuts out and the lights continue to flicker untill I unlock the car. Anyone have this issue ? Wondering and hoping it's related to the door ajar issue.

Found the wire coming door switch through the rubber tube into the wire harness after the "V". Grounded it to another ground already in place with no luck. Going to make a separate ground tomorrow to see if that helps.
